Casey joined Canyon View Capital in January of 2026, after 17 years of private legal practice in a small firm environment. From her years in private practice Casey brings with her experience closely assisting hundreds of clients, including Canyon View Capital, with commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, commercial lending, title law, business organization, business sales and acquisitions, and numerous types of business and real estate agreements. For over a decade Casey has assisted Canyon View Capital with multifamily acquisitions and dispositions, along with associated loan transactions.
As general counsel Casey is responsible for transactional legal oversight, corporate legal management, risk management and management of outside counsel. She will provide legal support to the executive leadership team, including in association with corporate strategic goals. Casey works closely with the investment team on all acquisitions, dispositions and refinances.
Casey is a Missouri native residing in Springfield, Missouri. She has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Drury University and a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law. Casey is a committed community volunteer; she has served as the President of the Junior League of Springfield’s Board of Directors, is a graduate of Leadership Springfield’s Class 33 and one of Springfield Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 for 2019. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake in the beautiful Missouri Ozarks.
